CURRENT EXPERIENCE:

Now assigned as Component Architect with the MVS System Software Group of the Midwest Service Delivery Center, IBM, Schaumburg, IL. Working as full-time telecommuter from home near Livingston, Texas.

Previously assigned at Schaumburg, IL in the Premier Customer MVS Systems Support Group, engaged in technical support of more than 30 mainframe systems. Involved in install of OS/390 as this operating system was rolled out to the supported hosts. Worked closely with customers to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction. Began this assignment as a contract employee (February 22, 1999); hired as a regular employee after seven weeks.

Completed assignment with The Computer Merchants, Ltd. for Computer Science Corp. /Southern New England Telephone (SNET) at Rocky Hill, CT January 1999. Installed Comparex (a Serena product) on multiple LPARs. Participated in customization of OS/390 v2r6.

Completed contract assignment with Integrated Partnerships for EDS at PG&E in San Antonio, TX. November - December 1998. Migrated System Archival Reports from MVS mainframe to a UNIX platform.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE:

Ten years at Data Services, the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, beginning as a Technical Writer, advancing to a Systems Analyst, and as an MVS Systems Programmer in an IBM MVS/OS/390 mainframe environment.
